Rental Application Process

We make applying for your next home in Central Oregon simple and transparent. Here's everything you need to know before you apply.

Who Must Apply

Each applicant over the age of 18 must fill out their own individual application. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

Application Fee

We charge a $45 fee per application. Fees are paid online with a credit or debit card. Application fees are refundable up until we process your application and will be refunded through Tenant Data.

Required Documents

Please attach a copy of your photo ID with your application. Incomplete applications cannot be processed.

Processing Timeline

Our process takes 3-5 business days. We will follow up if we have any questions, or have an update on your application status.

First Come, First Served

Applications are reviewed in the order that they are received. Submitting your application as soon as possible gives you the best chance of securing the property.
